Hengqin and out-of-hours visits are quoted separately. Monthly or quarterly maintenance can be arranged for business clients.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a call-out fee for on-site computer repair in Macau?
On-site assessment and quotation within Macau are free. Work is charged by the item — hardware installation is MOP 80 each, for example — and we tell you before we come.
Do you go to Hengqin?
Yes. We cover Macau and the Hengqin Guangdong–Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone; Hengqin visits are quoted separately.
We have a dozen machines. Can you maintain them regularly?
Yes. We offer maintenance contracts for businesses, schools and institutions, with a dedicated account manager, priority quotations and priority call-outs.
