Frequently asked questions
How much does computer repair cost in Macau, and do you charge to look at it?
Diagnosis and quotation are free. Once we know what is wrong we quote, and we only proceed with your approval — there are no hidden charges. Repairs start at MOP 150, with any replacement parts quoted separately.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are finished the same day or within one to two working days. If a part has to be ordered we tell you the expected time when we quote. Urgent jobs can be prioritised.
I didn't buy the computer from you. Will you still repair it?
Yes. Any brand, bought anywhere, including custom-built desktops.
Will a repair erase my data?
No. Before reinstalling an operating system we confirm with you how your data should be handled — it can be preserved, and we can arrange a separate backup.
Where is the shop and when is it open?
Shop BG, Hang Wan Kok Mall, Avenida do Ouvidor Arriaga, Macau. Monday to Saturday 10:30–19:30, closed Sundays and public holidays.
