Frequently asked questions
Is a POS system worth it for a small shop?
It depends how much time you currently spend reconciling takings and counting stock. For most small shops the visible gains are not having to balance the till by hand, not spending a night on the month-end, and finally knowing what actually sells. We can look at how you work first — the assessment is free.
We already use another system. Can we switch?
Yes. We migrate your existing product and member data and run both systems in parallel during the changeover so daily trading is not disrupted.
Can it be customised?
Yes. Alongside off-the-shelf POS we build custom software, adapting the system to your industry's workflow — restaurant ordering, salon appointments, course centre memberships.
What happens if it breaks?
We provide after-sales support and can attend on site. Business clients can take a maintenance contract with a dedicated account manager and priority call-outs.
