How is printer repair charged?
Diagnosis and quotation are free. We quote by the actual fault, parts are charged separately, and nothing is done until you approve.
Does anyone in Macau service card printers for student or room cards?
We do. We repair and maintain Evolis, Zebra and other professional card printers using genuine cleaning kits — MOP 650 for an Evolis Primacy and MOP 850 for a Zebra ZXP, including inspection after cleaning.
Does my printer have to go back to Hong Kong?
Some brands out of their one-year warranty do. Shipping is charged by weight — MOP 100–200 for a unit under 2kg bought from us, MOP 150–250 if bought elsewhere — and we handle the whole process.
There are lines or missing colour on my prints. Do I need a new printer?
Usually not. On an inkjet it is normally a blocked head; on a laser it is normally the drum unit or toner. Cleaning or a replacement part fixes it. Bring it in for a free check before replacing the machine.
